Your primary mission: As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for:Carrying out the mandatory requirements for maintaining ISO 9001 certification, including the development of internal audits, keeping the company's documentation (processes and procedures) up to date, and being responsible for carrying out the requirements established by the standard, such as: convening the context analysis meeting (SWOT), developing the management review document, monitoring objectives, managing nonconformities, and monitoring change management.Spreadsheet development and maintenance: design and maintain Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets for hours control, revenue control, installed capacity control, and other key business indicators, using advanced formulas and automations.Data processing and analysis: analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Data validation and control: perform regular checks on the data to ensure the results of key metrics are accurate and consistent.Reports and dashboards: develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational protocols across the company.Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with all departments to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.Issue resolution: address and resolve issues related to the quality management system promptly, minimizing the impact on overall processes.Training and support: provide support and training to different teams on ISO 9001 processes, procedures, and requirements.
What challenges will you face here?Coordinate quality processes: work closely with different departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and the continuous improvement of the management system.Monitor key metrics: regularly track hours, revenue, and installed capacity indicators, identifying deviations and proactively proposing solutions.Troubleshoot issues: respond to and resolve operational issues in real time, minimizing impact on processes.Effective communication: maintain open communication channels with different teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration.Reports and dashboards updates: regularly update and improve reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to reflect changes and improvements in processes.Continuous improvement: actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize both quality processes and management control tools.
Qualifications: Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or a related field.Previous experience with quality management systems and internal audits, ideally ISO 9001 (external audits and certification maintenance is a plus).Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, and pivot tables.Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues across different areas.
