Business System Analyst

Job OverviewWe are looking for a Business System Analyst with strong experience supporting data and analytics initiatives. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, support testing and UAT, and help ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams. ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for data and analytics initiatives.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and documentation.Support UAT planning, test execution, issue tracking, and validation of solutions.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Assist with training, user adoption, and change management activities.Create and maintain process documentation, requirements, and other project deliverables.Support reporting and data analysis using SQL and business intelligence tools.Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools such as.Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Communicate project updates, testing results, and requirements clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting data and analytics initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.Hands-on experience with UAT, testing, and validation processes.Experience supporting training, user adoption, and change management initiatives.Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Sigma or Power BI.Experience with requirements and documentation tools and practices.Familiarity with project or delivery tracking tools such as.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
