Position Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Systems Analyst to support the daily operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for ensuring business applications effectively support critical functions across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance within a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, this individual will provide production support, gather business requirements, drive process improvements, participate in implementation and upgrade projects, and help deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring system stability and business continuity.Monitor and manage incident queues, service requests, scheduled processes, and ticket resolution while meeting established SLA targets.Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve production incidents.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, process improvements, and new functionality.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Microsoft Dynamics best practices aligned with business needs.Support cloud application upgrades, testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.Lead or participate in implementation projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Develop functional documentation, business process flows, test scripts, and user guides.Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to improve system adoption and user experience.Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and IT to deliver business solutions.Support integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other enterprise applications.Coordinate activities with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Microsoft Power Platform where applicable.Create reports and dashboards or collaborate with reporting teams to support business decision-making.Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to established IT governance practices.Participate in special projects that support operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.
Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Advanced proficiency in English.Valid passport and visa to travel to the United States for in-person training.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Trade modules.Basic understanding of Finance processes within Dynamics 365 F&O.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.Experience supporting production environments, incident management, and ticketing systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or supply chain organizations.Experience with inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power BI.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) is a plus.Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.Key Skills and Competencies:Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Business process analysis and optimization.Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics operations.ERP functional support.Requirements gathering and functional documentation.Incident management and troubleshooting.User training and stakeholder support.Microsoft Power Platform.
