🎯 About the Role You'll be the key connector between our Data, Salesforce, and Sales Operations teams, helping coordinate sprints, prioritize enhancements, and provide visibility into delivered work. This is not a hands-on engineering role, it's a strategic position focused on project management, communication, and data.
💡 What You'll Do: ✅ Coordinate sprint planning and release communication ✅ Prioritize enhancements alongside business stakeholders ✅ Build dashboards and operational reporting for leadership ✅ Use AI securely to improve productivity and communication ✅ Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish ✅ Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
🔑 What We're Looking For: ▪️ 3+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or technology ▪️ PMP or Scrum Master certification ▪️ Salesforce experience ▪️ Ability to build dashboards and reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, Jira, etc.) ▪️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▪️ Comfort using AI tools responsibly ▪️ Experience with Agile methodologies ▪️ Advanced English
🌟 Bonus Points For: Experience in SaaS companies, background in Sales/Revenue Operations, or experience with Data/BI teams.
