Business-to-Business Collections Specialist

We are hiring for a growing company in the automotive recycling and OEM auto parts industry, with more than 25 years of experience and operations across multiple locations in the United States.We are looking for an experienced Business-to-Business Collections Specialist to help manage customer accounts, follow up on past-due balances, process payments, and assist business customers with billing or payment-related questions. What you will do:Review customer accounts and follow up on overdue balancesMake outbound collection calls and answer inbound customer callsProcess credit card and ACH paymentsHelp resolve billing, invoice, credit, and payment issuesMaintain accurate account records and assist with special projects What we are looking for:At least 1 year of collections experience, preferably handling business or corporate accountsStrong communication and customer service skillsGood administrative and analytical skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel and OutlookKnowledge of billing and collection processes Postúlate directamente en CazVid.
