Buyer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Buyer to join our client's procurement team. This is a great opportunity for a purchasing professional with experience in the construction or production industry looking for a stable, long-term position.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full purchasing cycle, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies- Evaluate vendor proposals and maintain strong supplier relationships- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure operational continuity- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget management initiatives- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred- 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the construction or production industry- Bilingual preferred – Spanish and English- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
