As a Call Center Agent, you will be the vital link between our clients and their customers, helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update and verify account information. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to understand customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions. Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable, ensuring customer satisfaction and company goals alignment. Recommend appropriate products, services, or alternative solutions to resolve customer needs effectively. Follow up on customer issues diligently until full resolution, maintaining high customer retention rates. Overcome objections professionally, escalating complaints promptly to management or relevant departments. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Reside within a 20-kilometer radius of our Heredia office to support hybrid work requirements. Successful completion of high school education or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends if needed. Preferred: Previous call center or customer service experience. Experience negotiating payment arrangements or handling financial inquiries. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
