We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Heredia, Costa Rica, where fun meets results! Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid & Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to identify the best solutions. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions or alternative options. Overcome objections and escalate complaints to the relevant team leads or departments as needed. Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Location Requirement: For on-site roles, candidates must live within 20 km of our Heredia office. Experience: Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. Education: High school completion preferred but not required. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
