We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Heredia, Costa Rica, offering both hybrid and onsite work options. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to understand customer inquiries and provide the best solutions. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Recommend appropriate products, solutions, or alternatives to resolve customer needs. Handle objections professionally and escalate complaints to management or relevant departments as needed. Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Must reside within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office for onsite positions. Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma preferred but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
