We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic hybrid Call Center team in Heredia, Costa Rica. Position: Call Center Agent (Collections & Customer Service) - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to find the best solutions for customers. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions or alternative options. Overcome objections and escalate complaints to the relevant team or manager promptly. Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must reside within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office for on-site work. Previous call center experience preferred but not required. High school education completion preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
