Job description:
Handle inbound voice calls with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service.Support customers with Credit Cards, Banking, Loans, Mortgages, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking.Process account-related requests, payments, balance transfers, and account maintenance.Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and accurately document customer interactions.6–9 months of call center experience with B2+ to C1 English required.Must live within 1.5 hours of the office and be comfortable working 10-hour shifts.
