Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate and clear information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently aiming for first-call resolution. Document customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Meet performance targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution times. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with call center software and basic computer literacy. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed. Previous call center experience is a plus.
