Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate product and service information ensuring clear communication. Resolve customer complaints efficiently aiming for first-call resolution. Document customer interactions and outcomes for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge continually. Meet performance targets related to call volume, satisfaction scores, and resolution times. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with call center software and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours as required. Previous call center experience is advantageous.
