Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring high-quality service. Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer effective support. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues or complaints efficiently. Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements to service processes. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication skills focused on customer interaction.
