HoneyCo Labs & Atelier offers an environment where emerging professionals can gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful projects in a supportive setting.Role Description The Camarógrafo internship role at HoneyCo Labs & Atelier involves supporting the production of audiovisual projects from pre-production through post-production. Day-to-day tasks may include operating cameras during shoots, assisting with lighting and audio setup, organizing equipment, and helping to prepare shot lists and basic storyboards. The intern will also contribute to reviewing and selecting footage, maintaining file organization, and collaborating with directors, editors, and other team members to ensure visual quality and consistency. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, meaning the position is based in Bogotá, D.C. with a mix of on-site production work and some tasks that can be completed from home.Qualifications Basic knowledge of camera operation, framing, and composition, with interest in learning professional video production techniques.Familiarity with lighting and audio fundamentals for video, or willingness to develop skills under guidance.Ability to follow creative direction, collaborate in a team setting, and communicate clearly in a production environment.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills for managing files and equipment, and reliability in meeting deadlines.Current student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is a plus.Comfort working in a hybrid model in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for on-site shoots and remote tasks as needed.
