Role DescriptionThe Campaign Manager owns a book of DFY clients from buildout to results. You build and launch campaigns in our sending stack, build and enrich lead sources so targeting is right, write the copy (sequences, angles, client updates), read the data weekly, and iterate. You run your own client calls and explain what you tried and what changes next. You use AI to do the work of a much bigger team and build automations in n8n and Claude Code that take manual work off the table.
Our CSM team handles reporting, recaps, scheduling, and day-to-day client coordination so you can stay on the work that moves results.
This role is hybrid in Medellín (Poblado, with WeWork access). Time in the office is strongly encouraged. People who are here in person learn and grow faster.
Comp: USD $3,000 to $3,500/month base depending on experience, plus commissions when clients close and performance bonuses tied to client results. Ramping to USD $4,000 to $7,000/month in under 6 months is realistic for someone producing. We promote from inside. Every tool paid for (Instantly, Bison, Clay, Apollo, GoHighLevel, n8n, Apify), in-depth training on our stack and playbooks, and full access to Lead Gen Insiders and AI Automation Insiders.
QualificationsFluent English, spoken and written. You will be on client calls and they need to trust you.Excellent writer. Cold email is a writing job first, and your client updates have to read as clearly as your sequences.Obsessed with AI. You use it daily and test what just came out.Extremely proactive and detail obsessed. You spot the problem, bring the fix, and nothing slips.You hold yourself accountable. When an account is not producing, you own it and fix it.Self-starter with experience in a fast-paced environment. You do not need to be managed to produce.Top-tier communicator. You flag problems early and people never wonder where things stand with you.Able to work hybrid in the Medellín Metropolitan Area.Nice to have: Instantly, Bison, Apollo, or Clay; scripting, APIs, or scraping; deliverability and domain health; n8n or Claude Code.
This is not a beginner role. Our clients are high-end and demanding, the volume is real, and the work is not easy. If you need someone checking in on you, or your instinct when something goes wrong is to explain why it was not your fault, this is not for you.
