Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Capital Markets to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across trading, investment banking, securities, risk, operations, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of capital markets processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of capital markets projects, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.Manage cross-functional teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Technology.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, status reports, and governance documentation.Coordinate requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and solution design.Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.Manage project budgets, resources, vendors, and delivery timelines.Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder updates.Ensure projects comply with applicable regulatory, risk, security, and compliance requirements.Support system implementations, process enhancements, data migrations, and operating-model transformations.Coordinate UAT, testing, defect management, implementation, and post-production stabilization.Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular executive-level reporting.Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future initiatives.Capital Markets KnowledgeExperience with one or more of the following areas is preferred:Equities and Fixed IncomeDerivativesForeign Exchange (FX)Securities Trading and SettlementInvestment BankingAsset ManagementPrime BrokerageMarket Risk and Credit RiskTreasury and LiquidityPost-trade processingClearing and
