Key Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during recovery. Help manage patient mobility, ensuring safe transfers and ambulation. Maintain a clean and safe environment following hygiene and safety protocols. Assist with medication administration as directed by medical personnel. Collaborate closely with nurses and medical staff for comprehensive patient care. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience as a caregiver or similar healthcare role preferred. Strong compassion, empathy, and teamwork skills. Basic healthcare knowledge and terminology understanding. CPR and first aid certification is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
