Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, monitoring health and safety, supporting mobility, maintaining a clean environment, effective communication with families and healthcare teams, and participating in training. Required qualifications include valid CNA certification in California, at least 1 year of personal care experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in care homes and additional certifications.
