This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and enhance our facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal for all visitors and customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of carports and grounds to maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal. Manage pool maintenance tasks including chemical balancing, cleaning, and necessary repairs. Install and maintain fences to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations. Set up and operate sound systems for events and daily operations, ensuring optimal audio performance. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Utilize photography skills to document grounds conditions and improvements for records and marketing. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and time management for operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles. Strong technical skills related to maintenance and repair work. Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills. Customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Experience with pool maintenance is highly desirable.
