Brabiza Construction is hiring a dedicated Carport and Grounds Maintenance Specialist in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. Join our dynamic team full-time to maintain and enhance our facilities with high standards of service and care. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of carports and grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal. Manage pool maintenance tasks including chemical balancing, cleaning, and necessary repairs. Install and maintain fencing to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Set up and operate sound systems for events and daily use, ensuring optimal audio performance. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Use photography skills to document grounds conditions and improvements for records and marketing. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and time management for operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles. Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair work. Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management. Customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach. Experience with pool maintenance is a plus.
