Carrier Sales

Carrier Sales Representatives are responsible for tracking the loads in the system, verifyingprevious load information and confirming drivers' hours through emails and phone calls. Theyalso verify details before dispatching a load using Carrier 411. Additionally, they ensure that eachload is picked up, transported, and delivered on time to meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:
• Update the information on the load through the TMS.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective carriers.• Prospect and cultivating new carriers led to establishing capacity.• Track and trace loads.• Email and call dispatch to have the current information about the load status.• Selling loads while maintaining the target margin.• Create a complete and accurate carrier base/list suiting the account needs or handledlanes.• Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
• B2 High English Level• Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics, including load tracking from pickup to delivery.• Proficiency with TMS systems and Carrier411, including carrier verification and load updates• Strong ability to prospect, onboard, and manage carrier relationships to build capacity• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to sell loads, maintain margins, and coordinate with dispatch
