📍 Location: Remote (Colombia)💼 Indefinite-term contract💰 COP $3,500,000 base salaryPerformance-based commissions (up to USD $300 per month)🕒 Schedule Monday to Friday, generally 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.Depending on business needs, you may be assigned to a 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. CST shift.Availability to work weekends every 2–3 weeks is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and secure carrier capacity for FTL and LTL shipments.Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining target profit margins.Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers across the U.S.Cover an average of 8 loads per shift while meeting operational KPIs.Provide timely shipment updates and communicate status changes within established service levels.Coordinate with Account Managers to resolve shipment issues quickly and efficiently.Ensure accurate shipment documentation and operational compliance.Complete carrier vetting procedures using fraud prevention tools before assigning freight.Manage high volumes of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails while maintaining excellent response times.Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to manage loads, carriers, and shipment information.
Requirements1+ year of experience in Carrier Sales (required).Experience working with the U.S. trucking and transportation market.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advanced English communication skills (B2+ preferred).
