We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and empathetic Case Manager to join our growingApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contactfor families seeking ABA therapy services.You will guide parents through the onboarding process, build immediate rapport, address theirconcerns, and articulate the value of our center’s programs. If you combine natural salesacumen and excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset, this is the perfect role foryou.
Key Responsibilities● Family Intake & Consultation: Conduct initial phone consultations and meetings withparents, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction.● Client Conversion: Drive family enrollment by clearly communicating the benefits of ourABA therapy programs and overcoming parent hesitations or objections.● Relationship Management: Serve as the main bridge between families, clinical teams,and administrative staff to ensure a seamless experience.● CentralReach Management: Maintain accurate client records, track intake stages,update schedules, and document interactions using CentralReach software.● Basic Computer Operations: Efficiently manage emails, digital spreadsheets,e-signatures, and video conferencing software for remote parent consultations.● Follow-Up Pipeline: Proactively follow up with prospective parents to complete intakepaperwork and secure commitments.Qualifications & Experience● Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, recruitment, client enrollment, or ahigh-volume customer-facing role. Exceptional ability to build quick rapport and influencedecisions● Software Familiarity: Prior experience using CentralReach is strongly preferred.● Technical Proficiency: Solid basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, GoogleWorkspace, electronic documentation, and scheduling tools).● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with anempathetic tone suitable for working with families of children with special needs.● ABA Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) terminologyand healthcare/insurance intake workflows is a plus.
