Case Manager

Job description:We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to support a fast-paced U.S. Personal Injury law firm. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, think critically, and take full ownership of their caseload, ensuring that tasks are executed without constant follow-up.The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and problem-solving ability, with the capability to gather critical information, manage documentation, and maintain consistent communication with clients and third parties.This role requires someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is comfortable making frequent outbound calls, and is driven to get results rather than wait for instructionsResponsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload of Personal Injury matters throughout the litigation processPrepare, review, and process litigation forms and legal documentsGather, organize, and maintain medical records, billing records, and case documentationMaintain accurate and organized electronic case files and detailed case notesCommunicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third partiesHandle inbound and outbound communication via phone and emailMonitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-upsAssist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and litigation supportIdentify missing information and proactively follow up to obtain itQualifications:2-5 years of Case Manager experience within a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.Understanding of litigation processes and legal documentationExperience managing records, insurance details, and case filesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience with case management software (Filevine is a plus)
