Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Case Manager role based in Santo Domingo. The Case Manager will oversee and coordinate client cases, ensuring that services and resources are aligned with each client’s needs and objectives. Responsibilities include assessing client situations, developing and monitoring service plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and following up on case progress. The role involves regular communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure timely support. The Case Manager will also contribute to process improvements and help maintain high standards of service delivery.
QualificationsStrong case management and client service skills, including assessment, planning, coordination, and follow-up.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client needs and remove obstacles to successful outcomes.Comfort working in an on-site environment in Santo Domingo and collaborating within a multicultural team.Proficiency with office productivity tools and case documentation systems.Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in case management, customer success, or coordination roles is an advantage.Professional level Spanish; English proficiency and experience with U.S.-based clients are beneficial.
