Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Stay informed about store promotions, products, and policies to assist customers effectively. Manage checkout lines by multitasking between ringing up purchases and addressing customer inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area , including restocking bags and supplies. Handle returns and exchanges professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals and uphold high customer service standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service and cash handling skills. Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable. Fluency in Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
