Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual audits and resolve data exceptions/outliers as per SOPs
• Handle address resolution, geocode corrections, map edits & static route management
• Support driver-related and transportation operations
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
• Respond to stakeholder requests within defined SLAs
• Escalate issues to relevant teams when required
• Maintain daily trackers and workflow records
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA and utilization targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail

Required Skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
