Role: Catalog Specialist Location: Remote / Anywhere Experience: Freshers Eligible Qualifications: B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, BBA Selection Process: 2 Rounds – Assessment + Virtual Interview Shifts: Rotational Key Responsibilities • Perform manual audits and resolve data exceptions/outliers as per SOPs • Handle address resolution, geocode corrections, map edits & static route management • Support driver-related and transportation operations • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements • Respond to stakeholder requests within defined SLAs • Escalate issues to relevant teams when required • Maintain daily trackers and workflow records • Meet productivity, quality, SLA and utilization targets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail Required Skills ✅ Good verbal & written communication ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Excellent attention to detail ✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines ✅ Ability to work independently and in a team ✅ Strong English communication skills 🎯 Freshers with all academic documents are eligible to apply. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resumes at:
