About the RoleWe are hiring reliable and tech-savvy Security Agents to join our 24/7 surveillance team in Santo Domingo. You will be responsible for observing live camera feeds, maintaining direct communication with clients, issuing verbal warnings, and escalating urgent situations to local authorities when needed.
Available Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live video surveillance feeds of private and commercial propertiesCommunicate continuously with U.S.-based clients via phone or messaging platformsRespond to suspicious activity with real-time verbal warnings or emergency escalation protocolsAccurately document and log all notable events during your shiftManage multiple digital devices and tools, including tablets and surveillance software
Ideal Candidate ProfileFluent in spoken and written EnglishProficient with technology and multitasking across several devicesExperience in security, call center, or remote monitoring environments is a strong plusCalm under pressure, with strong judgment and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work on-site across one of the three fixed shifts
