CHANGE STRATEGY & ALIGNMENTAccountable (A) for embedding the global EOS Growth vision locally and ensuring alignment between global guidance and market realities.Responsible (R) for ensuring the execution of local change strategy, with guidance from Regional Change Expert.Responsible (R) for engaging market champions to drive adoption.MARKET EXECUTION & SUPPORTResponsible (R) for ensuring change alignment across solutions and monitoring Salesforce change activities & deliverable progress vs. the country change plan.IMPACT & ORGANIZATION ASSESSMENTResponsible (R) for capturing Fit2Template outcomes with change impacts & benefits.Responsible (R) for leading the local Change Impact Assessment (CIA).Accountable (A) for validating impacts with local stakeholders (Business stakeholders, Leadership Team, etc.) and ensuring mitigation actions are implemented.TRAINING & ENABLEMENTResponsible (R) for adapting training assets provided by Global/Regional (e.g. localisation, local examples)Responsible (R) for coordinating local training roll-out (scheduling, logistics, audience targeting) both for TTT and EUT.Responsible (R) for coordinating Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions in the market, by leveraging Global TrainingResponsible (R) for managing specific TTT sessions on local specificities by leveraging Regional Process Lead if needed for solution and process knowledge.COMMUNICATIONResponsible (R) for tailoring and executing the local communication plan, ensuring consistency with regional/global messaging.FEEDBACK & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTResponsible (R), in collaboration with Market Champions, for collecting feedback from end users and sharing lessons learned to improve future deployments (e.g., Regional Change Expert, local management)
