About usCosta Atlántica is a collection of 39 vacation apartments in Punta Cana, ranging from sea-view studios to penthouses. We sell through Airbnb, Vrbo and Expedia, and we manage everything through Guesty with dynamic pricing in PriceLabs. We're growing and looking for someone to own how we show up and sell on these platforms. The roleYou'll be responsible for turning our listings into bookings. That means making our properties more visible on every major rental platform, keeping our inventory clean and accurate across channels, and working closely with our pricing to grow occupancy and revenue. You'll be the go-to person for Guesty and our channel strategy. What you'll doManage and optimize our listings on Airbnb, Vrbo and Expedia: titles, descriptions, photos, amenities, and content scoresOwn our Guesty setup, including multi-unit listings, calendar sync, channel distribution, automated guest messaging and review requestsKeep inventory accurate across all platforms so there are no duplicate listings, double bookings or units left unsellableWork with PriceLabs to adjust base and minimum prices, last-minute discounts, seasonal rules and blocked datesTrack occupancy, ADR and RevPAR against the market, and act when we fall behindGrow our review volume and ratings, and respond to guest reviewsUnlock platform programs like Genius/Preferred Partner and Airbnb visibility featuresBuild new revenue streams such as group bookings, monthly stays, packages and paid add-ons. What we're looking for2+ years managing short-term rentals, hotel distribution or OTA channelsHands-on experience with Guesty (or a similar PMS like Hostaway, Lodgify or Hostfully)Solid understanding of how such platforms rank and surface listingsComfortable with numbers: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond or similar)Detail-oriented. You notice when a listing title is wrong or a calendar is blocked for no reasonFluent in Spanish and English Nice to haveExperience with multi-unit or apartment-hotel propertiesRevenue management backgroundPhotography or copywriting skills for listing content
