Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook diverse dishes according to recipes or customer preferences. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen. Assist in menu planning and innovate dishes inspired by seasonal and local ingredients. Manage inventory by ordering and stocking kitchen supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service. Keep the workspace clean and organized following health and safety guidelines. Engage with customers when necessary to enhance their dining experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required; a strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn is essential. Proven cooking experience in restaurants or catering preferred. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Food safety certifications are a plus but not mandatory. Experience with specific cuisines or dietary needs is advantageous.
