We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Chemical Operator to perform micronization and milling of pharmaceutical actives and excipients in a regulated, cGMP-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up milling and micronization equipment for hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Monitor production processes and accurately report batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify and promptly report non-routine events, deviations, and GMP deficiencies to supervisors. Clean processing areas and equipment thoroughly to maintain quality and safety. Produce clear, consistent, and accurate documentation adhering to Quality Standards (ALCOA principles). Participate actively in shift change meetings, team discussions, and continuous improvement projects. Stay current with mandatory training including Compliance Wire and site-specific programs. Strive to achieve First Time Right (FTR) as a key performance indicator. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Performance Measures: Strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.
