Company is seeking a highly skilled Chief Aerospace Engineer to lead our aerospace engineering team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time role reports directly to the Vice President of the company and offers a competitive salary of $135,000 per year. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage aerospace engineering projects from concept through completion. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the VP. Oversee design, development, testing, and certification of aerospace systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide engineering teams to achieve project goals and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field. Proven experience in aerospace engineering leadership roles. Strong knowledge of aerospace design principles, systems integration, and certification processes. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio (remote work not eligible). Compensation: $135,000 per year, full-time position.
