About the role
BMA Group Global is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for a large-scale, technology-enabled essential-services organization. As a member of the Executive Committee, the CFO will lead financial strategy, reporting, controls, liquidity, banking, investments, audits, and finance technology.
The CFO will partner with executive and operational leaders to translate business strategy into financial plans, strengthen decision-making, and protect the organization’s long-term financial position. The role includes command of accounting, payroll, billing, accounts payable, cash management, compliance, and audit execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives and long-term value creation.
- Advise executive leadership on business performance, financial risks, opportunities, scenarios, and strategic decisions.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, and scenario modeling.
- Establish executive reporting and performance-management processes connecting financial results with operating drivers, productivity, workforce trends, and customer economics.
- Maintain accountability for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, consolidations, financial statements, and management reporting under US GAAP.
- Lead accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, fixed assets, cash application, and working-capital processes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and control in a high-volume environment with a large hourly workforce operating across multiple locations and schedules.
- Strengthen internal controls, segregation of duties, approval frameworks, financial policies, and fraud-prevention measures.
