A 300-bed for-profit hospital system in Kansas City, Kansas is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. This full-time role requires a candidate with 5 to 7 years of acute care hospital experience and a strong background in revenue cycle management and expense control. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-growing hospital system. Oversee revenue cycle management to optimize cash flow and billing accuracy. Implement effective expense control measures to improve financial performance. Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth and development. Provide clear communication and decision-making to guide financial planning. Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 7 years of acute care hospital financial leadership experience.
