Location: Santo Domingo, Piantini, Dominican Republic (Full Relocation Package)We are specifically targeting world-class executive talent from Mexico who are willing to relocate to the Dominican Republic.
We are seeking a senior executive to lead the Finance & Technology functions across three business lines (ARS, General Insurance & AFP).
Key Responsibilities:Lead financial strategy, investment management, budgeting, risk & regulatory compliance.Drive digital transformation, core system modernization, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and AI initiatives.Report directly to the Board of Directors / CEO.
Requirements:15–20 years of corporate finance & IT experience.5+ years in executive leadership within insurance or financial services.Fluent Spanish.CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent).FINRA Certifications (Series 24, 7, 6, SIE & 66) are mandatory.Strong background in investment management, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and data analytics.Knowledge of Dominican insurance & pension regulations is a plus.
