At Higher Options, we help U.S. companies build executive support with bilingual Latin American talent. The Chief of Staff is the owner's or client's right hand, managing business and personal priorities. The role combines executive assistance, personal assistance, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the owner's priorities across business and personal life.
• Own the calendar, inbox, and communications with judgment.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and follow-through.
• Handle personal tasks and errands with discretion.
• Keep administrative systems, files, and processes organized.
• Anticipate needs before they become requests.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative responsibilities.
• Experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in administrative or operations roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Absolute discretion with confidential information.
• A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail.
• Comfort working across multiple responsibilities and switching context quickly.
