Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for technology, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the development and implementation of advanced gaming technologies, including AI/ML solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork while mentoring technology teams to build effective partnerships. Drive the technical vision for game development platforms, especially utilizing Unity. Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver seamless and engaging gaming experiences. Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains a leader in the gaming sector. Establish and track success metrics to evaluate technology performance and outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology-focused organization, preferably in the gaming industry. Strong background in AI/ML applications and game development methodologies. Expertise in Unity and other relevant game development tools. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technology leadership.
