Key Responsibilities Design and develop structural engineering plans and specifications for diverse projects. Conduct site assessments ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate designs and resolve engineering challenges. Prepare detailed project documentation including reports, calculations, and presentations. Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to construction teams. Perform design analysis using engineering software tools. Evaluate and mitigate potential design risks throughout project lifecycles. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural design. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar tools. Industry certifications like Professional Engineer license preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You will work in a collaborative environment reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager. Engage with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and construction personnel to ensure alignment with engineering standards.
