Claims and Damage Specialist

As an Insurance Processing Agent, you will handle vital back-office operations for our car rental partner. You will be responsible for managing the administrative side of vehicle insurance claims, ensuring data accuracy, and bridging the gap between customers, the rental agency, and insurance providers.
What You'll Do:
Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with customers to gather documentation and provide updatesVerify claim information and maintain detailed recordsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolutionDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
Qualifications:
Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related administrative/customer service role preferredStrong verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced remote environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and web-based systemsReliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
