The ATM Claims Senior Analyst manages and analyzes armored carrier variance claims, ensuring timely investigation, accurate documentation, and effective resolution of discrepancies. The role serves as a subject matter expert for claims processes, supports operational improvements, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to minimize losses and improve claim outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review reconciliation logs and transaction records to identify ATM cash variances and shortages.
• Investigate claims and gather supporting documentation for vendor submissions.
• Prepare and submit claim packages to armored vendors in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow up on open claims, track resolution status, and escalate complex or high-risk claims to management when appropriate.
• Ensure claim documentation and supporting evidence are accurate and complete; review vendor responses and claim outcomes.
• Identify discrepancies, trends, and recurring issues affecting claim resolution; support quality assurance reviews and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain organized claim records, claims trackers, aging reports, and loss reporting tools.
• Analyze claim trends, identify root causes of recurring variances, and generate regular reports and insights for operational decision-making.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reporting improvements using Excel and other reporting tools.
