Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Class Member Support and Administrative Assistant. This on-site entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in a professional administrative setting.This role combines customer support responsibilities with administrative and case management assistance, supporting the team in managing class action settlement projects and ensuring accurate communication with class members.
Responsabilities:
Provide accurate, empathetic support to class members over the phone, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed effectively.Proactively manage email inboxes, responding to all class member inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.Collaborate with Project Managers to swiftly address and resolve escalated class member issues or concerns.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned cases, maintaining regular, professional communication with class members.Assist class members with changing contact information and obtaining a check reissue.Collaborate with the Project Coordinators to identify potential class members that need to be added to settlements.Assist Project Coordinators with entering and maintaining accurate case and class member information within our case management system.Review and update internal reports and tracking documents to ensure case data, deadlines, and status updates remain current.
QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain professional correspondence.Organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.English Advanced level.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Microsoft Office Proficiency.Experience in customer service, administrative support, or legal processes (Preferred).
