Cleaning Operations Coordinator

Experience in cleaning operations, property management, hospitality, or a similar operations role. Excellent written English and communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Fast response time and strong multitasking ability. Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and operational trackers. Familiarity with Hospitable or SharePoint is a plus. The role requires very fast communication, with a target response time of approximately 1 minute during working hours.
