About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Client Advisor with a passion for creating memorable experiences for its worldly clientele. The Client Advisor serves as an ambassador of the Brand and aims to ensure every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

Responsibilities

• Discover Clients and their needs to tailor their store experience and elevate their impression of the Brand.
• Build long-lasting relationships using in-house Clienteling tools and systems.
• Contribute to personal and team performance while supporting the continued success and heritage of the Brand.

Requirements

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a personal advisor to clients.
• Bring a passion for developing a career in luxury retail, a strategic sales and commercial mindset, willingness to learn, and an aptitude for forming meaningful relationships across a diverse client base.
• Be self-driven, curious, creative, and eager to use your skill set.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market, is ideal. A strong track record in a customer-centric environment will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
