We're looking for someone with personality, charisma, and the ability to make every client feel part of something special. If you know how to lead a team and build genuine relationships, we'll teach you the rest.
KRIADO is a luxury clothing brand in Puerto Rico, with an editorial aesthetic and a community of clients who trust us season after season. We're looking for the person who will lead that relationship from the floor: our Client Experience Manager.
What you'll do- Lead the floor team and ensure every client experiences KRIADO from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our recurring client base- Manage day-to-day store operations (staffing, processes) alongside the KRIADO team- Spot opportunities to make every visit feel personal, not transactional- Be the face of the brand for our most loyal clientele
What we're looking for (probably not what you think)- Magnetic, genuine personality and real interest in people — this matters more than any prior experience- Ability to lead a team with warmth, not just authority- Organization and reliability to manage store operations- Willingness to learn about fashion, our brand, and our process — you don't need to already know it- Excellent communication, in both Spanish and English
Not required: experience in fashion, sales, or traditional retail. Our best employees didn't come from there — they came with the right personality.
