Client Liaison

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and patient-focused Client Liaison to serve as the main point of contact between patients, clients, and internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience by providing timely communication, coordination, and support throughout the client journey.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and referral partners.Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.Coordinate appointments and communicate scheduling updates effectively.Assist patients with general inquiries regarding services, procedures, and next steps.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems.Follow up with patients regarding appointments, referrals, and required documentation.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Address client concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall patient experience.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or client relations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or CRM systems is preferred.Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
