About the role
Edge Operations Managers is hiring a Client Operations Specialist for EdgeOS, a growth role with full training. You’ll help busy business owners in roofing, restoration, and construction build and run an operational system for their businesses, including workflow engines, company playbooks, scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and internal memo systems. You’ll make sure these systems are used and keep owners focused, on track, and accountable to the plan.
Full training is provided in the EdgeOS system and in estimating and claims skills for the insurance, roofing, and restoration niche.
Responsibilities
- Own the EdgeOS rollout for clients and keep them on track with milestones and deliverables.
- Manage executive calendars and key meetings so leaders stay focused on priorities.
- Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, and memo systems, and drive their use.
Requirements
- Take ownership and find a way forward when something is blocked.
- Think in systems and turn chaos into steps, owners, and checkpoints.
- Communicate clearly and directly, stay composed under pressure, and take feedback constructively.
- Hold the line with a busy business owner warmly and professionally, and be taken seriously as their right hand.

- Salary: $1,300 USD / month.
