Pacheco Financial Group, LLC is an independent wealth management practice in Ponce, Puerto Rico, serving individuals, families, business owners, and physicians across Puerto Rico and Florida. The firm pairs a long-term, relationship-driven approach with modern advisory tools and technology.

As a Client Service Associate, you will help welcome new clients and guide them through onboarding, account opening, paperwork, and platform setup. You will work closely with advisors and the office manager, and help improve the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and track new account paperwork for advisor review and submission.
• Monitor transfer and funding status, and follow up on outstanding items with custodians, carriers, and back-office contacts.
• Guide clients through platform registration, document uploads, e-signature, and portal navigation.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records, files, and CRM data.
• Build and refine repeatable onboarding processes, and suggest ways to simplify steps and checklists.
