What You'll DoManage a portfolio of real estate clients and ensure their success with our systems.Conduct regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.Identify opportunities for expansion and proactively address potential churn risks.Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.Advocate for the client internally and help shape our product and service offerings based on feedback.
What We're Looking ForProven experience in real estate and/or account management.Strong sales skills (extra bonus points if you have previously sold a product in the past).A disciplined executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to have tough, candid conversations.Someone who values people over hype and builds businesses with the long game in mind.A team player who shares credit and plays to win together.
Base pay plus commission$1,500 – $2,500 OTE / month(On-Track Earnings)
