Clinical Research Coordinator

Title: Clinical Study CoordinatorLocation: San Juan, Puerto Rico (On-Site)Duration: 5-Month Contract

Apsida Life Science is currently partnering with a global healthcare organization that operates across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer health, with a long-standing presence in research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of innovative health solutions.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the daily operations of clinical study visits in strict accordance with the study protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.Assist in participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes.Collect, process, and manage study-related data and documentation accurately.Maintain clear communication with the Principal Investigator, clinical staff, and study participants.Ensure all study equipment and supplies are prepared for scheduled shifts.Maintain site readiness and regulatory compliance throughout the duration of the 5-month engagement.Schedule: 3 shifts per month.Shift Duration: 5 hours per shift.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in clinical research or study coordination is strongly preferred.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Compliance: A solid understanding of clinical research ethics and regulatory requirements.Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our San Juan, PR site for all assigned shifts.
