Role Summary•The role of the Clinical Supply Chain Associate is to provide support for CSO in the areas related to the receipt, packaging, labeling, warehouse distribution and logistics (P/L/D) operations of clinical supplies. This role also provide support in document management, metrics, order request and completion and other items required to support this area. The position also requires providing support across different global time zones.
Key Responsibilities:📦 Support the packaging, labeling, and distribution (P/L/D) of clinical supplies.💻 Utilize key enterprise systems to manage and track clinical supply jobs.🤝 Liaise with internal stakeholders, including planners, schedulers, and operations leads.📊 Prepare reports on activities, track shipments, and manage receipts to ensure performance goals are met.✅ Ensure all operations comply with regulatory (GMP/GCP) and quality standards, supporting inspection readiness.📄 Maintain accurate systems, records, and documentation for all P/L/D operations. Qualifications & Skills:🎓 bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, a scientific field, or Business.💼 0-2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a pharmaceutical environment.🇬🇧 Fluent in written and spoken English.💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to learn fast.🗣️ Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.💡 Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is highly beneficial.⏰ Flexible to attend meetings across different time zones and provide occasional after-hours support.
