Cloud Administrator

We're Hiring: Azure / Microsoft 365 AdministratorWe are looking for an experienced Azure / Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Identity & Access Management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, application registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.Support SAML and OIDC-based authentication and federation.Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows, access reviews, role-based access, and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM).Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.Manage Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.Troubleshoot issues related to identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access.Monitor system health, alerts, security controls, and compliance requirements.Perform routine maintenance, patching, and change management activities.Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and support materials.Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, security, and operational efficiency.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure ADExperience with Azure administration and governanceStrong knowledge of Microsoft IntuneExperience administering Microsoft 365Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SAML, and OIDCKnowledge of RBAC, PIM, access reviews, and identity lifecycle managementExperience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and TeamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with PowerShell scripting/automation is highly desirable
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Cloud / M365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Entra ID Administrator, Cloud Systems Engineer, or Microsoft Systems Engineer with strong experience across Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and IAM.
