2) DevOps / DevSecOps / Platform EngineeringHands-on expertise in CI/CD design, automation, and release workflowsExperience with infrastructure-as-code and environment provisioningStrong understanding of secure and scalable DevSecOps practices
3) Developer Experience (DevEx) & ProductivityAbility to define and implement developer workflows and onboarding modelsExperience creating golden paths for common development scenariosFocus on eliminating one-off implementations and standardizing delivery
4) Reusable Patterns & AcceleratorsProven track record of building reusable assets (templates, starter kits, scaffolds)Strong pattern-thinking mindset to convert recurring problems into scalable solutions
5) Cloud & Platform ArchitectureStrong experience with Azure (or equivalent hyperscaler)Understanding of networking, identity, compute, and data integration at scale
6) Developer ToolingHands-on experience with GitHub / Azure DevOps and repository strategiesFamiliarity with testing, deployment pipelines, and observability integration
7) Architecture Governance & StandardsExperience defining and enforcing architecture standards, guardrails, and reference patternsAbility to conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment to Fabric patterns
